Sultan's Delight

Preparation:

Place the butter in a saucepan. Once the butter has melted, add the flour to the saucepan and toast until the flour's raw smell disappears. Add the vanilla and sugar and toast for a few more minutes. (If you toast for too long, you will burn the sugar.) Gradually add our one liter of milk to the mixture, stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Continue stirring until it reaches a pudding consistency. (If you wish, you can prepare your pudding with cocoa by adding 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.) Sprinkle desiccated coconut on the bottom of a baking tray. Then, spread the pudding we prepared evenly onto the baking tray and flatten it. Prepare our 2 packets of whipping cream according to the instructions on the package. Spread it over the pudding spread on our baking tray using a spatula. Let it rest in the refrigerator overnight. Cut our dessert into long strips using a knife. Roll the strips using a spatula and place them on a serving plate. Serving Suggestion: You can serve with chocolate ice cream or chocolate sauce.
